"About a year ago I had to convert from Xscribe 2001 to Catalyst 10.  As overwhelming as it seemed to be for me, I decided on getting personal training from Lisa.  I have no regrets.  Lisa got me from a zero to a six, taking home the training workbook and plenty of my own notes.  After another shorter personal training session, I felt I was about at an eight level.  Ten is still a ways off for me, but I can definitely function in producing transcripts, providing realtime, and certainly understanding much better the Catalyst program.  Lisa can almost guess what your question will be, she can gauge whether it is sinking in your head, and she has patience/tolerence for quick email questions.  I tend to be an on-hands learning type rather than reading about it.  And I have no hesitancy to have her help me with the new update of Version 11."
